Carnegie Debate

Carnegie Debate is a leading provider of live online courses designed to enhance young minds through debate, chess, and coding. Founded by a Carnegie Mellon and Harvard Law School graduate, the institute employs professionally trained coaching teams from prestigious universities, including Yale, Brown, Villanova, and Carnegie Mellon. With students ranging from grades 2-10, classes are held via Zoom on weekday evenings and weekend mornings, ensuring accessibility and flexibility for learners. However, despite their high-quality educational offerings, Carnegie Courses faced significant challenges in reaching and enrolling new students.

Objective

Before leveraging digital marketing, Carnegie Courses struggled with limited online visibility, low conversion rates, and a lack of structured lead generation. Traditional word-of-mouth referrals were not enough to sustain business growth in an increasingly competitive e-learning market.
